hakia is a general purpose "semantic" search engine, dedicated to quality search experience. To achieve this goal, our team aspires to establish a new standard of focus, clarity and credibility in Web search.

hakia.com search engine is currently operating in BETA mode while the development and analysis are underway. We are currently QDEXing credible content in verticals such as medicine, finance, law, science, travel, arts, history, as well as other content-rich topics.
hakia's language coverage is primarily English. However, the coverage of Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Turkish is underway. Eventually, we plan to cover all languages spoken by significant number of people.
