Web Search Box
Using hakia's Web search box code below, you can add a semantic search functionality to your Website and offer a new search experience to your visitors. This addition to your existing search tools will allow the visitors of your site to find information which is not always possible via conventional methods. As explained below, the addition of hakia's Web Search Box is an easy process.
Option 1
Add the Search Box and point to hakia.com results
To insert the hakia Web search box on your site, copy and paste the HTML code from the box below into the body of your Web page.
A working search box is show below and an example results page can be seen by clicking on the following link:

Option 2:
Add the Search Box to display hakia.com results on your site
You can insert hakia Web search results page into your own results page using the iframe protocol. This is an easy two-step process. These steps will build a search results landing page that includes the search box code.
Step 1: Create a search page for your site, such as my_search.html that includes the iframe code from Box A (below). The iframe code should be placed in the primary content area of the page. You can wrap your own header, footer and side navigation around the frame to match your site's look and feel.

Step 2: Create a new web page called "searchboxcode.html" and store it in the directory as "my_search.html". In "searchboxcode.html", paste the hakia search box code displayed in Box B.

An example of how the hakia search results can be inserted into your Web page are shown in the image below. You would control the header navigation and your ads and content modules can display down the right column.
